Bonus Terms and Conditions

Each player has two balances - a real and a bonus one. Any bonus is credited to the bonus balance.
The availability of bonus (bonuses) on the Site for a particular player is based exceptionally on its presence in the player’s profile. If any of the bonuses are not intended for the player, then such a bonus will not be displayed among those available in the profile. Bonus offers may be received via e-mail, SMS or other ways of communication. Those bonuses (along with the winnings from them), that are not intended for the player - may be forfeited.
Some bonuses may not be available for certain countries. For example: Japan, Finland, Brazil etc.
Real balance is used for bets first. Only when the amount on the player's real balance equals to zero, he starts playing for bonus money.
Any bonuses and gift free gift spins (free spins) are available for wagering within 5 days. If after this period any of the bonuses is not wagered, they will be automatically voided. The exception is those bonuses whose validity period is indicated in their detailed conditions.
All winnings received when playing for bonus money are credited to the player's bonus balance.

Upon claiming a no-deposit bonus, players should be aware of a maximum cashout limit on winnings from the bonus. This limit is clearly stated in the bonus terms. If a player's winnings surpass this limit, the excess will be deducted when they withdraw. This rule aims to ensure fair play and equal distribution of bonuses.
- When a player makes a deposit after claiming the no-deposit bonus, the maximum cashout limit will be increased by the amount of the deposit.

In case we determine the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of the current real and bonus balances, and may as well get blocked for the bonus abuse. This may also include:
- Leaving large bets on the table, for example, in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed.
- Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play,
- Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
Winnings from bets that were made partly from bonus and real balances will be proportionally distributed. Winnings from a bet that was made from bonus balance will be credited to the bonus balance and winnings from a bet that was made from real balance will be credited to the real balance accordingly.
The maximum bet allowed when playing with bonus money is 5 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD, 350 RUB, 150 UAH, 500 JPY/INR, 2500 ARS, 20 PLN/RON/PEN, 3500 CLP, 2000 KZT/HUF, 25 BRL/DKK, 50 NOK/SEK per spin (incl. doubling (risk-game)) until your wagering requirements have been completed. The in-game “buy-feature” purchasing counts as a spin. Violation of this rule at any stage of the gameplay regardless of the game outcome will lead to cancellation of all player’s balances (real and bonus balances) and/ or to account closure. Player may switch an active bonus in his account in case he participates in several promotions. Each bonus must be wagered individually.
All bonuses are limited to one single player, an IP address, a computer device, one family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and / or electronic wallet, e-mail and networks where computers are shared (for example, university, public library, work network, etc.). Should Ice Casino administration have a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed a bonus abuse (as such indicated in point 10, 14 and 16 of these terms), either on their own or as part of a group, Ice Casino reserves right to:
- forfeit the bonus allocated to the player and any winnings from that bonus;
- revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from a player;
- void the player's real money balance;
- block an access to Ice Casino;
- terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
The English version of these terms and conditions supersedes all other versions in the event of any discrepancies.
It is strictly forbidden to abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money. Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance.
